A single Easy Drop Smart Dispenser shared by 50 homes erases 4,500 plastic bottles and brings 30 % bulk savings every year. What starts as a private swap becomes civic action — lighter garbage trucks, cleaner lakes, and a smaller carbon bill for all.

For homes without a dispenser, there’s the Easy Drop Rotation Model — two refillable HDPE bottles, one in use and one in return. These sturdy bottles loop endlessly instead of being thrown away. In a year, just two bottles replace 90 + single-use ones; in five years, 500 + saved per home.

Together, our dispenser + rotation system turns ordinary households into a city-wide refill network — redesigning consumption from plastic-heavy to planet-light. 🌎💧

That’s why Easy Drop is built on three verbs:

Refill – pay only for what cleans, not for plastic shells.
Reverse – collect, sanitise, and reuse every bottle.
Rethink – view cleaning as a circular service, not a purchase.

Subscribe – Each refill is proof that a spotless home need not scar the planet. One switch turns daily cleaning into climate action — trading plastic mountains for a lighter, brighter Bengaluru.

At Easy Drop, we believe commerce must coexist with the Earth. Every partnership across India is chosen for environmental responsibility, ethical integrity, and ingredient transparency — because sustainability isn’t a slogan, it’s our supply chain. 🌱

1 | The Philosophical Bedrock: Purpose Before Profit

In most commercial supply chains, profitability is the dominant—or even sole—metric of success. At EASY-DROP we invert that hierarchy. We seek out vendors whose main goal is not maximising a quarterly income statement but nurturing the ecosystems and communities from which their raw materials are drawn.

To achieve that alignment, we conduct qualitative interviews, on-site dialogues, and ethical-impact surveys with prospective partners.

2 | Stage One: Certification & Production Infrastructure

Once philosophical alignment is established, we advance to a formal audit of the supplier’s certifications and production facilities. Certification, for us, is not a box-ticking exercise but a tangible indicator that a company has subjected itself to third-party scrutiny.

Certifications like GreenPro Ecolabel, Ecomark, National Programme for Organic Production (NPOP), FSSAI Certification, ISO 9001:2015, GMP, HACCP, and Kosher Certifications & ZED (Zero Defect Zero Effect) Certification

3 | Stage Two: Ingredient Integrity & Material Selection

With the structural scaffolding of sustainability confirmed, we interrogate the substance of the finished goods—literally. EASY-DROP’s ingredient code is guided by a simple credo: “God-made nature has all the answers.” In practice, that means we evaluate three concentric factors:

  1. Origin & Cultivation
  2. Extraction & Processing
  3. Clean Chemistry & Formulation

Additionally, we commission independent labs—NABL-accredited within India or ISO 17025 abroad—to replicate test batches and verify claims. Whether it is the percentage of bio-actives in an aloe-vera gel or the antioxidant titre of a green-tea extract, every number printed on a label must survive third-party scrutiny.

4 | Beyond Compliance: Circularity & Packaging

A truly sustainable product is not defined solely by what is served to the customer but also who much waste one produces along the journey of once lifetime.

  • Use of Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) Plastics: Minimum 50 % PCR content for HDPE, PET, or PP components.
  • Reverse-logistics or Take-Back Programmes: Vendors & Customer capable of implementing refill or container-return schemes are the only once we onboard as vendors and customers.
  • Design for Disassembly: Containers must incorporate single-material structures or easily separable closures to facilitate recycling.

5 | The Consumer Covenant: Lab-Test Challenges Welcomed

We recognise that trust must be earned anew with every refill sold. Therefore, EASY-DROP publicly invites independent researchers, non-profit watchdogs, and even curious customers to subject our products to laboratory analysis. Should any credible test reveal discrepancies between our label claims and actual composition, we commit to:

  1. Immediate suspension of the implicated batch and transparent disclosure on our website.
  2. A root-cause investigation alongside the relevant vendor, concluded within thirty days.
  3. Remediation actions ranging from process recalibration to, in extreme cases, termination of the supplier relationship.

Such openness is rare in the personal-care industry, yet we deem it essential. Continuous outside scrutiny is the crucible in which genuine quality is forged.
