🌿 What Are Saponins? Saponins are naturally occurring glycosides characterized by their amphiphilic structure—comprising both hydrophilic (water-attracting) and hydrophobic (oil-attracting) components. This unique composition enables them to act as natural surfactants, reducing surface tension and facilitating the emulsification of oils in water.
